One day I came home to my apartment after work and just realized that renting was no longer an option for me.  I felt the time was right to buy a house and I wanted it done fast.  Adam told me exactly what I needed to do to find the place I wanted and within a week we were out looking at homes.  Once I had made my decision Adam took care of everything.  Being a first time homebuyer I had no idea what to expect but Adam made sure that I understood exactly what was involved and, most importantly, that it was something that I could manage financially.  He walked me through all of the options and let me know the pros and cons of every choice I had to make.  Having a broker like Adam who is honest and reliable is essential, especially now.  Not only would I use him again without hesitation, but I would insist upon my friends and family using him.

As a first time homebuyer, I was terrified as how to proceed with my home loan, but was lucky enough to have Adam recommended to me.

Adam was able to walk me through the whole process and was there for me when I was confused and stressed out.  From explaining the paperwork to really helping me out with the emotional part when things seemed hectic, I could always count on his knowledge and support.  He was even nice enough to meet me at a nice, local area to have all the paperwork signed.  But the most important thing for me was the patience, dedication, professionalism and care he demonstrated throughout the entire loan process.  Even now, 8 months after I purchased my home, Adam is there to answer any questions that I still have.  If I ever need another home loan, I will definitely go to Adam again!
